How often does a 14 need to sleep during daytime?
I have my baby sleep once per day at day time for 2 hours about. Is this enough? I know she sleeps the entire night. How often and how long does your toddler sleep?

That’s all mine does and he sure doesn’t sleep all night! But he is super happy and healthy – so just go by your baby’s physical & emotional signs.

Neither of my kids had 2 naps a day past 1 year-ish.

There is no set amount of how much a child needs to sleep during the day and if she is sleeping through the night shes getting more than enough sleep there.

I don’t remember the napping schedule for my son as hes 7 now but with my daughter that is 3 now shes only been having 1 afternoon nap since she turned 1, it might have even been a little before.

Lucky B****. At this age, they usually give up one of the daytime naps. The need 12 to 14 hours total, and your baby sounds right on schedule.

if she is not crabby/tired thru the day, and sleeps good at nite.. then she’s fine

That’s about what my baby sleeps. She gets one nap, thats ussually about 2 hours (some days she sleeps less, some days she sleeps more.. yesterday she wouldnt nap at all, and just went to bed early, today she took a longer nap)

We put her down when she seems tired, and let her get up when she’s ready to get up.. she gets the sleep that she needs.
